RETURN POLICY

15 Days Return Guarantee!

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 15 days from the receipt date with an approved RMA#.
Returns are subject to a 25% Restocking fee and the original shipping charge.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or exchanged within 10 business days after processing the return.

Return Process:

  1. Email sales@thsunglass.com with your full name, order details, and the items/quantity on the invoice for return.
    Specify if you prefer a refund or exchange. An RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be assigned and emailed within three business days.
    Once you have the RMA #, mail the items to our fulfillment center at the provided address.
    We recommend using a carrier with shipment insurance and tracking.

  1. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund or exchange within 10 business days, you'll be notified via email.
    The refunded amount covers the product cost; original shipping cost is nonrefundable.
    Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must cover the initial shipping charge.

Important Notes:

  • Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and assortments, in full dozens only.
  • Return/exchange without an RMA # won't be accepted and will be refused at the customer's expense.
  • Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid with the RMA # clearly displayed on the shipping package with the original invoice.
  • All sales from the SALE category are final (No refunds or exchanges).
  • Approved returns/exchanges must reach T H Sunglass Corporation within 14 days from the RMA date.

Exchange Policy: All exchanges are processed as returns.
To qualify for an exchange
, the item must be in its original packaging, assortments, and in full dozens.
Additional shipping costs are the customer
's responsibility.

Incorrect or Defective Item: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email sales@thsunglass.com within 7 days from receipt.
Include your name and a photo of the received item to waive the 25% restocking fee. We'll refund the full purchase price and provide a prepaid return label. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and assortments.
