Ordering and Shipping U.S. Domestic Orders:

T H Sunglass Corporation is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on qualifying US domestic orders over $100 to the 48 Contiguous United States. Not valid for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI, or any other US Territory.

  • Orders under $100 will be shipped using standard rates.
  • Shipping Rates are based on the order total, not the subtotal.
  • We do not accept P.O. Box addresses or GUEST orders from hotels.

Sales Tax:

  • California: Additional sales tax applies unless a valid CA Seller’s permit is provided.
  • All other States: No sales tax unless required by state laws.

Payment Methods:

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Currently, we do not accept COD as a payment method.

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are expected to be processed within 2 business days after payment receipt. During peak seasons, orders will be shipped within a 1-3 business day window (excluding Sat., Sun., and US Holidays).

Expedited orders must be placed before 12:00 pm Pacific Time for same-day shipping.

Domestic Delivery Schedule:

  • Ground: Delivery within 2-7 business days, plus 1-2 business days processing time.
  • Second Day: Delivery by the end of the second business day plus 1 business day processing time.
  • Next Day: Delivery within 1 business day or overnight, plus 1 business day processing time.
Important Notes:
  • All FREE SHIPPING orders are shipped via ground service.
  • Second-Day Air and Next-Day Air service orders placed BEFORE 12:00 PM Pacific Time will ship the same day (excluding Sat, Sun, and Holidays).
  • Delivery dates are subject to the carrier's capabilities and are not guaranteed.

Any guarantee regarding arrival dates does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond our control, including and not limited to the following:

  • Disruptions in the air or ground transportation networks, such as extreme weather and/or natural disasters
  • The unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery.
  • Delays caused by the consignee.
  • Public Authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises.
  • Riots, strikes, and other labor disputes.
  • Civil commotion.

International Orders: 

T H Sunglass offers several parcel carriers for international orders. Enter your details at checkout for a rate quote and carrier service availability. Orders can take anywhere from 3-20 business days to arrive based on the buyer’s location.

  • International orders are subject to duties, taxes, and extra fees.
  • All sales for international orders are final (No refunds, returns, or exchanges)
  • International Orders over $2000 must be paid via Bank Wire Transfer.

Drop Shipping

Please contact us if you are interested in setting up a drop-shipping or blind-shipping account. Please note that most of our products are sold by the dozen and are not subject to smaller quantities.

Presorted & Prepackaged Sunglasses

All of our sunglasses come pre-packaged in assorted frame and lens colors. You will expect to receive at least one of each color as shown on the product photos. We do not guarantee equal quantities of each color.

Canceling an order

Please let us know as soon as possible. Only orders not yet processed for shipment may be canceled. To cancel an order after it has been fulfilled, you must wait until the shipment arrives and treat it as a regular return. (A 25% restocking fee plus a shipping charge will be deducted from the original purchase)

Incorrect Address

We understand mistakes can happen. If you’ve provided an incorrect address or would like to change a delivery address, please contact us as soon as you can. If your order has already shipped, we can help you reroute or reship your package, but you will be responsible for any additional shipping cost and/or address correction fees of $20 charged by the carrier. (Only applied to domestic orders)

Holidays Observed:

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

Orders placed on an observed Holiday will be processed for fulfillment the following business day.

Please note that all orders will be processed in sequential order based on the order date.

Under the circumstances that we may receive a high volume order at any time, please allow us an additional 1 to 2 business days for orders to be prepared and shipped.
