15 Days Return Guarantee!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return/ exchange them within 15 days from date of receipt with an approved
RMA#. All Returns are subject to a 25% Restocking fee and the original shipping charge. Once the return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment or exchange within 10 business day.

Return Process

1. Email with your full name, order, list of the items/quantity on the invoice that you would like to return, and indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be assigned and emailed to you within three business days.
2. After receiving the RMA#, you can proceed to mail the items back to our fulfillment center to the address provided below. We will not be liable for lost or damaged return packages. For this reason we will highly recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment insurance and a tracking service.

3. After receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue you a refund via the same payment method or exchange within 10 business days. You will receive an email when your refund or exchange is processed. The refunded amount will be for the cost of the product only. Please note the original shipping cost is nonrefundable and all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must cover the original shipping charge.

Important Notes:

  • Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, assortments and in full dozens only.
  • Return/exchange without a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be refused at the customer’s own expense.
  • All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid with the RMA number clearly shown on the shipping package with the original invoice.
  • All sales from the SALES category are final. (No refunds or exchanges.)
  • All approved returns/exchanges must be received by T H Sunglass Corporation within 14 days from the RMA date.

Exchange Policy
All exchanges will be processed as a return. To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise item must be in its original packaging, assortments and in full dozens only. Please note you will be responsible for any additional shipping cost.

Incorrect or Defective Item
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrect items please email and include your name, and a photo demonstrating the item you received within 7 days from the date received to waive the 25% restocking fee. We will refund you the full amount of the purchase price and provide a prepaid return label. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, assortment and in full dozen only. We will either resend the merchandise desired or process the refund to you after we receive the return.

Ordering and Shipping

U.S. Domestic Orders

T H Sunglass Corporation is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on qualifying US domestic orders over $100 to the 48 Contiguous United States.
Not valid to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI, or any other US Territory.

  • Orders under $100 will be shipped using standard rates
  • Shipping Rates based on order total not subtotal
  • We do not accept P.O. Box addresses as the final delivery destination.
  • We do not accept GUEST orders from hotels.


California: There will be additional sales tax applied to your order (Unless a valid CA Seller’s permit is provided)
All other States:No sales tax needed unless it is required by the state laws.

Payment Methods

We accept all major payment methods including: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card.

  • We currently DO NOT ACCEPT COD as a payment method

Shipment Processing Time

All orders will expect to be processed within 2 business days after the payment is received. Please note that during our peak season, all orders will be shipped within a 1-3 business day window. (Excluding Sat., Sun. and US Holidays)

Expedited orders must be placed before 12:00pm Pacific Time in order to ship on the same day. Please contact us if you have any questions about when your order will be shipped or delivered.

Domestic Delivery Schedule

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:


Service Delivery Time
Ground Delivery within 2-7 business days. Plus 1-2 business days processing time.
Second Day Delivery by the end of the second business day plus 1 business day processing time.
Next Day Delivery within 1 business day or overnight. Plus 1 business day processing time.


  • All FREE SHIPPING orders are shipped via ground service.
  • Second Day Air and Next Day Air service order placed BEFORE 12:00PM at Pacific Time will ship the same day (excluding Sat, Sun, and Holidays).
  • Scheduled delivery date depends on origin, destination, and time when order was placed.

Any guarantee regarding arrival dates do not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond our control, including and not limited to the following:

  • Disruptions in the air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomenon and/or natural disasters
  • The unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery.
  • Delays caused by the consignee.
  • Public Authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises.
  • Riots, strikes, and other labor disputes.
  • Civil commotion.

International Orders

T H Sunglass Corporation offers several parcel carriers for shipping international orders; Please enter your Country, State/ Province, and Zip/ Postal Code at checkout for rate quote and carrier service availability in your area. Orders can take anywhere from 3-20 business days for arrival based upon the buyer’s location.

IMPORTANT: International orders are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and extra fees for imported goods. The receiver/ recipient will assume all financial responsibilities for paying all import fees associated with their order.These charges must be paid by the name on the delivery address used when the order was placed.

  • All sales for international orders are final. (No refunds, returns and exchanges.)
  • International Orders Totaling $2000 or more must be paid via Bank Wire Transfer only

Additional Information

Drop Shipping

Please contact us if you are interested in setting up a drop-shipping or blind-shipping account. Please note that most of our products are sold by the dozen and are not subject to smaller quantities.

Presorted & Prepackaged Sunglasses

Please note that all of our sunglasses come pre-packaged in assorted frame and lens colors. You will expect to receive at least one of each color as shown on the product photos. We do not guarantee equal quantities of each color.

Canceling an order

Please let us know as soon as possible. Only orders not yet processed for shipment may be cancelled. To cancel an order after it has been fulfilled, you must wait until the shipment arrives and treat as a regular return.(a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charge will be deducted from the original purchase)

Address Issues

We understand mistakes can happen. If you’ve provided an incorrect address or would like to change a delivery address, please contact us as soon as you can. If your order has already shipped, we can help you reroute or reship your package, but you will be responsible for any additional shipping cost and/or address correction fees of $20 charged by carrier. (This circumstance is only applied to domestic orders)
